About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical CRM Marketing Specialist to support our company's CRM strategy at Manière De Voir. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging and growing our large customer base through CRM channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
You will need a good blend of technical and creative skills, be able to think outside the box, and utilize first-party data to analyze customer and channel insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end process of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time.
- Brief engaging, relevant, and innovative content to the creative team, prioritizing engagement and brand perception.
- Monitor and report on overall KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Identify new opportunities for automated customer journeys and support implementation.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop and analyze segmentation and AB testing strategies to optimize future campaigns.
- Coordinate with the CRM Manager to build the CRM marketing calendar, communicating this with key stakeholders.
- Support the CRM Manager in developing strategies to increase the customer base and Repeat Purchase Rate.
- Support the CRM Manager in developing a multi-touch communications strategy across multiple touchpoints, including email, SMS, and app push notifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years' experience within a CRM role, using CRM/ESP platforms (experience with Klaviyo would be an advantage).
- Understanding of basic HTML for editing and amendments.
- Competency in Excel.
- Excellent written and communication skills, including copywriting.
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
