Job Title: CRM Manager - Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced email marketing and HubSpot specialist to join their team. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing audience-focused marketing and communications plans, leading the execution of these plans, and analysing email marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with new and existing customers
* Analyse email marketing performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all email campaigns are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely
* Manage consistency of brand and tone of voice in all marketing and communications materials

Requirements:
* Proficiency with HubSpot
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
