Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Hospitality. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and servicing of all allocated rooms within the daily task rota in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist with stock control and inventory checks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure property standards have been met.
  • Work closely with the Management team to create a positive work environment for all team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a memorable experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating team members.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
