Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and motivate a team of direct reports to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-one reviews to ensure open communication and address any issues or concerns.
  • Guest Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, with prompt and efficient service.
    • Address any guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Oversee the daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning and preparing apartments to the highest standards.
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and adhere to Staycity Group's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Quality and Standards
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the property.
    • Identify and address any areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Work closely with other departments, including front office and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience working in a similar environment, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
