We are seeking a confident and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at Citadines South Kensington, London. Our properties operate 24/7, requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who can work on early and late shifts on a rotating basis.

This is a part-time role, with 20 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As our Housekeeping Team Lead, you will:

  • Support the Head of Housekeeping in leading the Housekeeping Team, ensuring that high standards of cleaning, hygiene, stock control, and staffing are maintained.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the cleaning services within the property, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, trade associations, and outsourced partners, ensuring that linen, uniform, consumable, and staff costs are within budget.
  • Support the Head of Housekeeping in all departmental communications, including reporting and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
