Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of patients and staff
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services
  • Monitor and report on cleaning performance and make recommendations for improvement
