Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure consistency and high standards across the hotel.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a year or more of experience at Supervisor level.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Experience of Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar front desk operating system would be an advantage.
