Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise specifications for quoting and processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Expedite orders with suppliers or production teams as required, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Discuss changes to delivery schedules with customers as needed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Offer support and assistance to fellow team members and departments as required, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Organize and coordinate transport and logistics for point of sale deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
