Main Responsibilities:

  • Raise specifications for quoting and processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, addressing queries, and resolving issues as required.
  • Expedite orders with suppliers or production teams as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Discuss changes to delivery schedules with customers as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Offer support and assistance to fellow team members and departments as needed, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Organize transportation and logistics for point of sale deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Relationships:

  • Responsible to: Site Manager Northampton
  • Responsible for: Assisting with day-to-day administrative functions of our office.
  • Liaison with: Managers, Design Team, Customers, Suppliers

Business Objectives:

The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks as necessitated by their changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of CAPS CASES. This may include additional responsibilities and duties as required.
