The Office Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Main Responsibilities:
- Raise specifications for quoting and processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, addressing queries, and resolving issues as required.
- Expedite orders with suppliers or production teams as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Discuss changes to delivery schedules with customers as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Offer support and assistance to fellow team members and departments as needed, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Organize transportation and logistics for point of sale deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Key Relationships:
- Responsible to: Site Manager Northampton
- Responsible for: Assisting with day-to-day administrative functions of our office.
- Liaison with: Managers, Design Team, Customers, Suppliers
Business Objectives:
The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks as necessitated by their changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of CAPS CASES. This may include additional responsibilities and duties as required.
