The Design Coordinator at MY Fab plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of design projects. This hands-on position requires a detail-oriented and technically capable individual who can effectively de-risk design problems and identify value engineering solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include coordinating with project stakeholders, consultants, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless project delivery. The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of CAD/Revit/BIM and have previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- Previous experience as a Design Coordinator or similar role
- Construction knowledge
- A good understanding of CAD/Revit/BIM
Work Environment
As a member of the MY Fab team, the Design Coordinator will be based in our Northampton office, working regular Monday to Friday hours with a standard working schedule.
