Office Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Location: Kettering, NN15
Contract Type: Temporary position
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the reception area is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Perform receptionist tasks as needed.
- Welcome all guests and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed.
- Manage employee uniform orders.
- Conduct daily scanning of invoices for record-keeping.
- Document minutes during meetings as required.
- Keep company noticeboards updated with relevant information.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to designated trays upon arrival.
- Complimentary on-site parking.
