About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Growth Strategist to join our team at LighterHR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and engagement of our membership base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract new members, while expertly managing existing member relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Membership Acquisition and Retention: Manage and optimize the membership acquisition process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for potential members. Develop and implement strategies to retain existing members and foster engagement, encouraging renewal and participation.
  • Membership Data Analysis: Analyze membership data and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. Generate reports and present insights on membership growth, acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful member onboarding, communication, and program delivery. Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing high-quality customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of successfully growing membership numbers through marketing and promotional efforts. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a membership management role.
  • Skills: Data analysis and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in membership management software and CRM systems.
