Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional with a background in membership services, customer relations, and marketing, ideally within a professional membership organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate your expertise in planning and coordinating various workstreams concurrently, showcasing robust project management capabilities that deliver value to our members.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of membership engagement initiatives, including survey design, working groups, and the evolution of membership schemes and their offerings.
- Maintain a proven history of managing data, including sensitive information, while providing exemplary customer service and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Utilize project planning tools and methodologies effectively.
Team Objectives:
The Membership Engagement team is poised to execute a series of ambitious member-focused goals over the next two years. We are in search of an experienced coordinator to assist the Head of Membership Engagement during this transformative period.
Specific Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head of Membership Engagement to design and implement member engagement initiatives and projects.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly activities to ensure progress and success in our engagement projects.
- Identify key stakeholder groups for our membership engagement initiatives and manage their participation to ensure effective collaboration and successful outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to facilitate the seamless operation of membership engagement projects and related activities.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to the Data Protection Act (2018), equality legislation, and financial regulations.
