About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Membership to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain members, as well as driving membership growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership strategy to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential members
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Lead a small team responsible for member engagement and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform membership strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in membership development and management
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
