Head of Membership

Seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our membership team and drive growth in the travel industry. As Head of Membership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain members, as well as representing the organization at industry events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership strategy to drive growth and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential members
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Lead a team of membership professionals to achieve membership growth and engagement goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in membership development and management
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
