About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts to secure renewals and grow the value secured from these accounts. This will involve working closely with the Commercial Director to develop and implement bespoke plans to maximize engagement and deliver value to our members.

- Define the business benefits members derive from engagement and how we support their objectives.
- Support the continued growth of our sponsorship pipeline for high-profile events.
- Work with the Commercial Director and colleagues to support new member acquisition and additional revenue generation opportunities.
- Build relationships at various levels within our accounts, with a particular focus on internal account managers and senior executives.
- Ensure all data and insight is effectively gathered and recorded in the CRM.
- Act as a champion for the portfolio of accounts internally and with key stakeholders, ensuring that member interests are well represented.
- Establish the profile of the organization as a 'best in class' account and relationship management business.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in an account management role, ideally in financial services and/or trade body organizations. They will have a commercial focus, with experience of growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Strong CRM experience and good relationship building and interpersonal skills are also essential.
