Job Summary

FISITA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our membership growth and engagement efforts. As the Head of Membership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase membership, improve member engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute membership growth strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing members, identifying opportunities for growth and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless business administration
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the automotive and mobility industry, identifying opportunities for FISITA to engage with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in a membership organization with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to represent FISITA effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience working in an international organization, with a willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of the automotive and mobility industry, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
