Seeking an experienced professional to lead our membership team and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive membership strategy to attract and retain members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to promote the benefits of membership.
  • Lead a team responsible for member engagement and development, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and the role of a travel association.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
