About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Coordinator to join our team at Huntress - Leeds. This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative capabilities and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative assistance related to contract management.
  • Maintaining and analyzing the database on a daily basis.
  • Collaborating with the Management Team to support daily operational activities.
  • Coordinating with both internal and external support services to address customer-related issues.
  • Proactively enhancing the business's customer delivery services.
  • Offering resolution support for inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
  • Distributing daily activity reports to external service providers.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A customer-centric mindset, coupled with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
