Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our Financial Planners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Financial Planners with client meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
