Join Our Team: Coordinator - Client Funds Audit Division

We are looking for a dedicated Coordinator to become part of our Client Funds Audit division under a fixed-term contract. This role presents an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional growth. As a Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient execution of external annual audits within a client funds context. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Client Funds and statutory audits across The Ardonagh Group
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and external audit teams
  • Oversee sample collection and review supporting documentation
  • Ensure adherence to client and insurer funds regulations

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in a financial setting within a regulated financial services firm
  • Familiarity with audit processes and knowledge of CASS 5 regulations
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and investigative capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
