The successful candidate will serve as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, collaborating closely with the Clinical Manager to provide a comprehensive Primary Care Service alongside Mental Health and Addiction professionals. This role is situated within a unique and challenging environment, emphasizing teamwork within a multidisciplinary framework.

As a key member of the primary healthcare nursing team, the post holder will be dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Key Qualifications

  • Valid NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training in emergency response, manual handling, and lifting techniques
  • Awareness of security protocols and procedures
  • Understanding of the Mental Health (Care & Treatment) (Scotland) Act, 2003
  • Knowledge of medication prescribing guidelines, particularly for controlled substances
  • Relevant clinical experience in Primary Care, A&E, substance misuse, or secure environments

Employment Details

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37 hours per week.

Work Environment

The role will be based within a healthcare facility, with specific working patterns to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
