Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in EMEA, driving revenue growth and developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Directly manage a team of sales professionals, driving performance and services excellence expectations.
  • Develop and implement predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Align sales team objectives with the business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis, and resource planning.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth and meaningful partnerships.
  • Identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities, build business cases, prioritize, and present findings to leadership, and execute strategic projects to enable growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the computer, server, or hardware industry.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management-related field is a plus.
  • Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies.
  • Deep knowledge of server, storage, and management solutions, knowledge of Cloud data centers, and the enterprise IT environment.
  • Great leadership and strong ability to work with and manage people from different functions.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Great analytical skills in market and industry research.
