Director of Technology and Innovation

The Confederation of Service Charities is seeking an experienced Technology leader to drive innovation and strategy across the organisation.

  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the charity's objectives and supports our mission to support the Armed Forces community.
  • Leadership: Lead the Technology function, including managing and developing the Heads of Technology, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Transformation: Confidently manage ambiguity and change, championing the adoption of emerging technologies to drive transformation and service improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster key relationships with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional communication and engagement with executive level leaders, peers, Trustees, and cross-functional teams.
  • Technology Governance: Direct technology governance, risk, and compliance, alongside projects and workstreams within wider business programmes.
  • Representation: Act as the senior technology representative and deputise for the Executive Director: DDaT as required.
