About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Adviser. As a key member of our customer services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Accurately update customer information on our in-house system, logging all interactions
  • Support customers in finding resolutions to their enquiries, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using software and computer packages, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
