Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team in Scarborough on a part-time contract. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to compliment their needs
- Meet daily KPIs and sales targets
- Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
- Be a team player and maintain a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude
Requirements
- Good availability for weekend and weekday working
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
