Join Our Team as a Care Team Supervisor
Templeton House Care Home is seeking a dedicated Care Team Supervisor (SVQ Level 3) for day shifts to enhance our luxurious, purpose-built facility.
Located in a serene coastal environment, our newly established private nursing home is committed to delivering exceptional standards of Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care.
This position is ideal for individuals who aspire to make a significant impact by supporting both residents and staff in achieving their fullest potential. As a pivotal member of our team, you will prioritize the well-being of our residents in every action you take.
Care Team Supervisor Role Overview
Compensation: £13.50 per hour
Working Hours: Full-time (Dayshift)
Overtime opportunities available at a premium rate for hours worked beyond your contracted schedule.

Key Attributes of a Successful Care Team Supervisor
The ideal candidate will be:
- A compassionate and driven individual.
- Experienced in providing support to elderly individuals, particularly those with dementia.
- Confident in leading a care team and advocating for the residents' well-being.
- Skilled in preparing, reviewing, and understanding care plans.
- Qualified with an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering outstanding care and support to residents.
- Ensuring that high standards of care are consistently upheld.
- Supervising, guiding, and inspiring care assistants to promote efficient team functioning.
- Assisting residents with all aspects of their care requirements.
- Administering medications as per instructions.
- Monitoring and reporting on residents' well-being, responding promptly to any concerns.
- Collaborating with care assistants to foster a supportive environment.
- Maintaining effective communication and building strong working relationships with team members.
