Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity has emerged within the South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership Business Support Team for a highly motivated permanent Administrative Support Specialist to assist corporate secretaries, Service Managers, and Team Leaders within the headquarters.
Working Hours:
20 hours per week (Monday – Friday 12.30pm – 4.30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
As a flexible and enthusiastic individual, you will deliver a comprehensive clerical service for users of the headquarters and perform various administrative functions.
Located within the hospital, you will collaborate closely with senior staff across the organization and serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries, often addressing matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants should possess relevant IT qualifications (such as ECDL), proficient keyboard skills, and previous experience within the NHS is advantageous. Familiarity with SSTS is also beneficial, although comprehensive training will be provided.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
