Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join our team at Reward Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Planners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning Reports: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial planning reports that our Planners present to clients.
  • Product Research: Conduct thorough research on financial products to help find the right solutions for our clients.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our Planners by responding to client inquiries and resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Plan Submissions: Arrange for plans to be submitted to provider companies, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on our company software, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Review Packs: Prepare comprehensive review packs for clients, highlighting key financial planning recommendations.
  • Illustration Requests: Process illustration requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and legislation, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
  • Compliance: Ensure all company and industry guidelines, rules, and regulations are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
