Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Reward Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Correspondence: You will be responsible for drafting and sending client correspondence, including letters and emails.
- Processing New Business: You will process new business applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to the relevant parties.
- Client Review Packs: You will prepare client review packs, including financial reports and other relevant documents.
- Diary Management: You will manage the diaries of our financial services advisors, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled and confirmed.
- Illustration Requests: You will process illustration requests, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and submitted to the relevant parties.
- Compliance: You will ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with our firm's procedures.
- Client Records: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring that all information is stored securely and in accordance with our firm's policies.
- Phone Calls and Enquiries: You will handle phone calls and enquiries from clients and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Back-Office Support: You will provide back-office support to our financial services team, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Experience: You will have experience working in a financial services firm, with a strong understanding of financial planning and administration.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- IT Skills: You will have a strong working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Teamwork: You will be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
