Job Summary:

MI Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in a busy financial services firm. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting financial advisers and paraplanners in preparing client packs and annual reviews, handling client queries and correspondence, liaising with product providers, processing new business, and performing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial advisers and paraplanners in preparing client packs and annual reviews
  • Handle client queries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Process new business and perform general administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a financial planning administrator role
  • Relevant CII qualifications or a willingness to study
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
