We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join our team at Cameron James. As a key member of our Financial Planning department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our Financial Planners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Financial Planners in the preparation of comprehensive Financial Planning Reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth research on financial products and services to identify the most suitable solutions for our clients.
  • Coordinate the submission of plans to provider companies, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on our company software, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Support the creation of illustrations and other financial documents as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products, legislation, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Financial Advice firm, with a strong background in Paraplanning and report writing.
  • Diploma qualification in a relevant field is desirable, but we will consider candidates with relevant skills and experience.
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
