About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized financial services company with a proven track record of growth and expansion. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our paraplanners and financial advisors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and product providers.
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and concerns related to pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Managing general office administration tasks to maintain a high level of service quality.
