We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certification Coordinator to join our team at MASHPOINT LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing program assistance for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for EMS certification programs, including reviewing and processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service to certified personnel.
- Assist with clerical tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing, to support certification and education initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve certification-related issues and provide guidance on established procedures.
