We find that often the best carers are the ones who have experienced first-hand, care for a family member or friend, have previously worked in customer focused roles or just generally love people. If this is you and you don't know where to start in joining the care profession, we are here to help you obtain your care certificate and thrive in the care industry if you have a passion for caring for others.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:

- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting clients with mobility and ensuring their safety.
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities.
- Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided.

**Requirements**:

- No prior care experience required; we welcome those new to the sector or considering a career change.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
- Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred due to rural locations of clients

**Qualifications**
Previous experience is not required as we will put you through award-winning training to achieve your care certificate. This will be coupled with, shadowing, ongoing individual and specialist training and further City and Guilds qualifications to achieve.

Additional information
- Must live within a reasonable traveling distance of SN9 Postcode
- Ability to work in at least one or more of the areas we cover: Devizes, Pewsey, Marlborough, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth and surrounding villages.
- Regrettably we do not have a sponsorship license at this time.

This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
