Job Summary:

We are pleased to be working with a reputable IFA firm on their search for a Trainee Paraplanner to join their growing team.

Role Overview:

The Trainee Paraplanner will be responsible for providing administration services to both existing and potential new clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service. The role will involve processing new business applications, liaising with clients and providers, and preparing client files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration services to clients, including processing new business applications and maintaining client files.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure excellent client service.
  • Research and provide product and provider information for advisers.
  • Prepare client annual review reports and suitability reports in a compliant and timely manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will be working towards the Level 4 Diploma qualification and have a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
