About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic People Partner to join our team at D&D London Support Office. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our cluster of restaurants and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, including talent management and succession planning.
  • Champion our company culture, promoting our values and ensuring fair and consistent people management practices throughout our restaurants.
  • Support and lead performance management of senior managers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Deliver people-focused projects, providing expert advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of complex employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze data on labor costs, employment relations, and sickness absence, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
