We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our team at D&D London. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy and driving the success of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support to our restaurant managers, ensuring that people policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Work closely with the talent team to support recruitment strategies, including talent management and succession planning.
- Champion our company culture, promoting our values and ensuring that they are embedded throughout our restaurants.
- Support the learning and development team in rolling out training and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Deliver people-based projects as required, providing up-to-date, legal, and commercially focused advice and guidance to senior management and other managers.
- Take ownership of complex ER cases, actively monitoring data on labour costs, employment relations, and sickness absence to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with our business partners and other People team colleagues.
