Clinical Assessment Nurse | Private Healthcare Provider | Full-Time/Permanent

Join our dedicated team at Spire Healthcare Ltd as a Clinical Assessment Nurse, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within our Pre-Assessment Unit. This position offers a permanent, full-time opportunity to work alongside a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and well-being across a diverse and dynamic caseload.
  • Perform electronic pre-operative evaluations of patients.
  • Identify and escalate any patients of concern to senior nursing staff in accordance with the hospital's admission protocols.
  • Carry out complete health assessments and determine pre-operative needs for each patient.
  • Assist in delivering care that addresses individual health and wellness requirements.
  • Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively.
  • Promote best practices in health, safety, and security.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience in pre-assessment is advantageous, although training will be provided.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated competence across a variety of nursing skills, supported by professional knowledge obtained through state registration.

Working Hours: 5 shifts per week, Monday to Saturday, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Contract Type: Permanent
