Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in our outpatient services, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid NMC license.
- Post-registration experience in a similar role, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
