About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist healthcare professionals in various specialties, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Neurosurgery, and more.
  • Provide individualized care to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.
  • Support consultants and nurses with procedures, such as dressings and wound care.
  • Conduct pre-assessment interviews, both in-person and over the phone.
