Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ward Flow Coordinator. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting patient flow through our hospital and working closely with clinical teams to facilitate smooth and efficient discharges.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of the Ward Manager and Flow Team Leader to coordinate patient flow and discharge processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clinical teams, patients, and families to ensure seamless communication and care.
  • Manage and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Utilize IT systems and tools to track and manage patient flow, discharge processes, and other related tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in patient flow coordination and clinical operations.
