Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Ward Flow Coordinator. This is a full-time position working 4 days a week, including weekends.
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work within the Ward Flow Coordinator role. You will work within a multidisciplinary team supporting patient flow through the hospital and working with the clinical teams to facilitate simple and complex discharges.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage an ever-changing fast-paced workload in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
- Willing and keen to learn new skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, with the ability to prioritize your own workload independently
- Approachable and open to an ever-changing work environment

Person Specification
- GCSE's or A Levels
- Experience in an acute healthcare setting or similar environment
- Knowledge of Trust vision, values, strategic objectives, and key work programs
- Knowledge of the demands faced by the NHS
