Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our Outpatient Services team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients in our outpatient services, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid NMC license.
  • Post-registration experience in a similar role, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
