Clinical Assessment Nurse | Private Healthcare | Full-Time/Permanent

Join our esteemed team at Spire Healthcare Ltd as a Clinical Assessment Nurse, where you will play a vital role in our Pre-Assessment Unit. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and well-being across a diverse and evolving caseload.
  • Perform electronic pre-operative evaluations for patients.
  • Identify and escalate any patient concerns that do not meet the hospital's admission criteria to senior nursing personnel.
  • Execute comprehensive patient health assessments and triage their pre-operative needs effectively.
  • Deliver care that meets the unique health and well-being requirements of each individual.
  • Communicate complex, sensitive, or contentious information with clarity and compassion.
  • Advocate for best practices in health, safety, and security protocols.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Prior experience in pre-assessment is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated competence across a variety of nursing skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge.

Working Hours: 5 shifts per week, Monday to Saturday, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Contract Type: Permanent
