About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Nurse to join our esteemed Private Healthcare Facility. Our establishment is renowned for its state-of-the-art amenities, including advanced surgical theatres and comprehensive diagnostic services. We are committed to providing outstanding patient care and are looking for a dedicated Senior Nurse to enhance our surgical ward team.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing patient care from initial assessment through to evaluation
  • Leading clinical teams in a supportive and safe environment
  • Assisting senior management with healthcare team supervision
  • Promoting knowledge advancement and service improvement
  • Innovating and enhancing healthcare services

Qualifications:

  • Valid NMC registration without restrictions
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a surgical setting
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
