We are looking for a dedicated Business Operations Coordinator to join a leading global organization specializing in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, and Design.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating communication between the Design Office, Site Manager, and Business Operations Manager, ensuring effective collaboration among various project stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the Design Office, Site Manager, and Business Operations Manager
  • Assist in preparing project quotations
  • Oversee the commercial and financial tracking of designated projects
  • Lead project teams to guarantee timely and high-quality project execution
  • Apply technical expertise to enhance project outcomes
  • Basic proficiency in the French language is advantageous
  • A valid passport is required for potential travel obligations

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable position within the Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Design sectors
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
