About the Role

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civils Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects across the UK, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Management: Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control procedures, and environmental policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and operatives, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress updates.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
  • SMSTS Certification: Possess a valid SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS Managers Card: Hold a valid CSCS managers card.
  • First Aid Training: Have completed first aid training.
  • Full UK Driving License: Possess a full UK driving license and own transport.
