Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at a reputable and growing craft brewery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our national distribution network, focusing on medium to large on-trade groups and RTM/Wholesale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Negotiate contracts with key customers and partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to commercial strategies and business development initiatives
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in national sales and account management, preferably in the beer and spirits industry
  • Strong understanding of the on-trade and RTM/Wholesale markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
