Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. in Barnsley. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular equipment checks.
  • HR: Provide administrative support, manage employee data, and assist with internal communications.
  • Commercial: Assist in data analysis, market research, and sales reporting; support the Senior Management Team with daily tasks.
  • Customer Service: Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Purchasing: Manage orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Production Planning: Support planning systems, assist with stock takes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Finance: Provide administrative support, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reception/Visitors: Greet visitors, coordinate meetings, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • Good general education, with strong communication and IT skills.
  • Experience in administrative support, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
